Field agents working for financial institutions (such as microfinance lenders, NBFCs, or insurance providers) are required to visit multiple locations daily to collect customer and field data.

Agents visiting field location for gathering data
On average, an agent spends 45–50 minutes per location (travel + data collection + upload). While the potential is to cover at least 12 locations a day, agents are currently able to complete only 6–7.
This gap significantly limits daily coverage, reducing overall efficiency and delaying key financial operations such as loan approvals, collections, and customer onboarding.
